As the coronavirus pandemic continues to evolve, we at Cowart Insurance are committed to supporting the health and safety of our clients, our communities, and our employees while providing the most consistent level of service possible under these conditions. With this in mind, we have been monitoring coronavirus developments closely and have taken appropriate steps to limit the potential impact on our clients, employees, and operations.
We Continue to Serve Our Customers
We have continued to adapt to the changing environment in ways that help protect the health of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve, while still providing services, including shifting many of our employees to work from home. While our agents are working remotely, we remain focused on delivering the service and attention our customers have expected from us for over 44 years.
With the high rate of COVID-19 transmission in Gwinnett County, all of our employees are currently working remotely. As the rate of infection begins to decline, we will reevaluate and update our office procedures. During this time of crisis, we have upgraded our phone and computer systems, so we can be efficient for our clients while working in a remote environment.
Currently, we are using e-signature insurance documents and accept online payments. If you need to file a claim, you can also do so online from the comfort and safety of your home. Where circumstance and government rules allow, we will have limited staff in place to help customers with transactions that cannot be handled online. These interactions will be limited and will take place by appointment only. We will continue to monitor the situation which will allow us to ensure that we are following the current safety protocols that are mandated by our federal and state governments.
If you have any insurance needs, give us a call at 770-339-0447. Our agents are available to assist you.
